You may return an unused vehicle in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Contact customer care to receive return instructions before sending anything back.

For returns, the buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

For warranty claims, a support case must be opened first. If the claim is approved, we may cover the shipping cost.
